Key considerations

Depot charging and truck operations

Vehicle routes, available charging windows, fleet size and required daily energy determine the charging concept. Peak power cannot be derived from annual kilometres alone.

Grid connection and site readiness

Assess available connection capacity, transformer requirements, cable routes, civil works, fire-safety requirements and responsibilities between the grid operator, property owner and contractor.

Commercial and operational planning

Compare investment, power tariffs, electricity procurement, hardware, software, maintenance, availability and possible battery storage. Haug Energy supports independent planning and project coordination.
